devodi

Indie Product Studio

Where things always
end well.

Devodi builds web applications — from the rough idea in your head to a product real users can actually use.

What we do

Four ways to talk to us.

Not every situation needs a full build. Sometimes you just need a second opinion. Sometimes you need someone on standby. These four services cover different moments — pick what fits.

/ 01

Custom Web Application

Not a polished template. A web app designed from zero for your problem.

For founders who need a real product — not just a brochure site. We carry each project to a usable finish, with documentation your team can read later.

/ 02

MVP Sprint

Validate fast — without shortcuts you’ll regret.

For founders who need something to put in front of first users. 4–6 weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. The MVP shouldn’t have to be thrown away after validation — it can grow into the full product.

/ 03

Technical Consulting

A straight second opinion — even when it’s not what you hoped to hear.

For founders who need technical clarity before a big call — stack choice, hiring a CTO, codebase audit. Deliverable: a recommendation you can act on, not a deck for the shelf.

/ 04

Maintenance & Care

After launch, we don’t vanish. We stick around.

For products that are live and need someone on call. Bug fixes, security updates, tweaks, small improvements. Monthly retainer with transparent hours and a clean report at month end.

How we think

Three things we keep in mind.

These aren’t wall art. They’re choices we make every week — even when it would be easier not to.

/ 01

We don't do discovery for 12 weeks.

We start building in week two — docs grow with the code, not as a separate stack of paper that goes stale before you ship.

/ 02

We question requirements before building them.

Not every “must-have” truly belongs. We debate before we execute. The result: fewer features that actually get used.

/ 03

We don't ghost after launch.

The first 30 days live, we’re on standby at no extra cost. Launch isn’t the end — it’s the start of real users on your product.

How we work

How we work — without the drama.

We don’t sell a 12-week process that’s 80% workshops and 20% delivery. Four clear stages — you know when we work, when you work, and when the project is done.

/ 01

Conversation

Before price, we talk about the problem.

We chat for 30–45 minutes, free. I hear your context, expectations, and why this matters now. If Devodi isn’t the right fit, I’ll say so — and point you somewhere useful.

/ 02

Proposal

A doc you can read calmly over coffee.

3–5 days after we talk, you get one document — not five loose attachments. Clear scope, written assumptions, realistic timeline, fixed price. If something’s unclear, we revise before anything is signed.

/ 03

Build

You see the product — not slide-deck progress.

Every week: a staging link you can click — not screenshots in a deck. Every two weeks: a 30-minute check-in on direction. No Gantt charts for decoration — real progress is a product you can use.

/ 04

Handover

After go-live, we don’t disappear the next day.

At launch you get: clean codebase, technical docs, ops notes for non-technical folks, training if needed. For the next 30 days I’m still in your Slack or inbox — free — for whatever shows up once real users arrive.

About / Behind the studio

Hi, I’m Rapsodi.

I keep hearing the same frustration from business owners: it’s hard to talk to developers. A lot of technical people optimize for what’s easy for them — not what’s humane for the people who’ll actually use the product.

That’s why so many teams need someone in the middle — usually business-savvy, not deeply technical. Miscommunication drags on, drama that shouldn’t exist, and you end up exhausted from chasing three or four people for one issue.

I treat every engagement from the user’s point of view — not the builder’s. I keep asking: If I had to run this product every day, would it feel okay? — that question often means more work for me, for a better outcome. For you it means one thing: you only talk to one person. No layers, no circus.

One rule I hold: technology exists to help the business grow — not the other way around. You set the direction — I’m here to unblock. Everything that comes into Devodi, we look at from your business first, then we find the technical answer.

If that’s the kind of developer you’re looking for — let’s talk.
